NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Monday, May
26, 2003 is a holiday, the Board Meeting of Tuesday, May 27, 2003 has been
cancelled per Board Policy A-2 and the Chairman of the Board declared the
meeting of May 20, 2003 adjourned to Tuesday, June 3, 2003 at 9:00 a.m.
