AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PUBLIC LEASEBACK OF THE

NEW SITE FOR THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE HOSPITAL WITH

THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE ASSET LEASING CORPORATION

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside ordains as follows:

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 54241 of the California Government Code, the County of Riverside is hereby authorized to enter into a formal agreement with the County of Riverside Asset Leasing Corporation with respect to the public leaseback of the new site, and the improvements to be constructed thereon, for the County of Riverside Hospital. This ordinance is subject to the provisions for referendum applicable to the County of Riverside. This ordinance shall be published in the manner required by law for ordinances of the County of Riverside generally.

Section 2. Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, a summary shall be published once with the names of the members voting for and against the same in The Press-Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Riverside.
