ORDINANCE NO. 700

OF THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE RELATING

TO PAYMENT OF CLAIMS FOR COUNTY EXPENSES

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 29701 of the Government Code, the three-day waiting period for payment of claims shall not apply to payment of any claim by the Auditor pursuant to the provisions of County Resolution No. 91-062, or any subsequent amendment thereto or succeeding resolution.

SECTION 2.

This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the date of adoption.
