ORDINANCE NO. 758

AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE APPROVING

THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR

BLYTHE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 1

OF THE BLYTHE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE

SECTION 33213

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, do ordain as follows:

Section 1. The Blythe Redevelopment Agency has prepared a redevelopment plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Redevelopment Plan"), for Amendment No. 2 to the Redevelopment Plan for Blythe Redevelopment Project No. 1 of the Blythe Redevelopment Agency, and has hereby presented such Redevelopment Plan to the Board of Supervisors. Amendment No. 2 proposes to add territory (the "Added Territory") to Blythe Redevelopment Project No. 1, which Added Territory contains that certain real property located within the territorial limits of the County of Riverside, contiguous to the City of Blythe, more particularly described in Exhibit B, attached hereto.

Section 2. Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33213, the Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes and designates the City of Blythe and the Blythe Redevelopment Agency to undertake the redevelopment of that certain real property located within the territorial limits of the County of Riverside, contiguous to the City of Blythe, more particularly described in Exhibit B, attached hereto, in all respects as if the area were within the territorial limits of the City of Blythe.

Section 3. The Board of Supervisors hereby approves the Redevelopment Plan.
