ORDINANCE NO. 835

 

AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE

AMENDING CERTAIN TIME LIMITATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE

REDEVELOPMENT PLANS OF THE

REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE

 

 

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, ordains as follows:

 

Section 1.  The purpose of this ordinance is to amend existing Redevelopment Plans of the Redevelopment Agency for the County of Riverside (the “Agency”) pursuant to Senate Bill 1045 that became effective on September 2, 2003 as set forth in Sections 33333.2(c) and 33333.6(e)(2)(C) of the California Health and Safety Code.

 

Section 2.  The Redevelopment Plans listed on Exhibit A are hereby amended to extend the time limit for the effectiveness of each Redevelopment Plan by one year and the  time limit for the repayment of indebtedness for each Redevelopment Plan by one year, all as set forth on Exhibit A.

 

Section 3.  To the extent not otherwise expressly modified and amended by Exhibit A hereto, all other provisions, covenants, conditions and restrictions of the Redevelopment Plans of the Agency shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Section 4.  This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of adoption.
