Chief Frank Coe of the Beaumont Police Department referenced a letter that   he sent to the Board.

 Gary Grant spoke in opposition to cutting back services.

 Ray Martinez, CDF Fire Fighters Chapter Director for Riverside, spoke             

                   about the Riverside County Fire Department’s budget.

 Pat Williams, Police Chief of Desert Hot Springs, spoke about the Sheriff’s proposed budget.
