2.1       Joey DeConinck, Sandra Berger-Anderson, Debra Keenan Kati Cusick, spoke in opposition of closing the Blythe Animal shelter.

 

2.2       Michelle Randall spoke regarding defunding Code Enforcement.

 

2.3       Maribel Nunez spoke regarding COVID-19 recovery budget.

 

2.4       Johnny Rodriguez spoke regarding City of Blythe City Council.

 

2.5       Karen Roper, Rusty Bailey, Gabrial Maldonado and Dr. Ruth Perez spoke in support of the Integrated Health System.

 

2.6       Jeff Green spoke regarding rent assistance.

 

2.7       Sonya Alemdar spoke regarding the short time to speak and the County Community Initiative Plan.

 

2.8       Omar Gastelum, Nataly, Dora Limon, Stephanie Ambriz, Rebecca Zaragoza spoke regarding Community Council, Mobilehome program and water issues in the Oasis Mobilehome Park.

 

2.9       Adriana Torres spoke regarding the East Valley Mobility Program and Northshore.

 

2.10     Jatziry Garcia spoke regarding advocating for services in the Eastern Valley.

 

2.11     Avalon Edwards spoke regarding funding.

 

2.12     Mercedes DeLeon spoke in support of funding for the Sheriff and more training, and the Animal shelter being opened and opposes increases for rent assistance.

 

2.13     Ann Hart, Linda Breen, Vbardo Boido, Cait Malleny, Michael Harrington, opposes increase in funding to the Sheriff’s department.

 

2.14     Justice Sandival spoke requesting relocating funds to youth programs.

 

2.15     Alma Marquiz spoke requesting increase in funds to community programs.

 

2.16     Bob Anderson spoke in support of funding the Sheriffs department.

 

2.17     Carchita Pozar spoke regarding Mobilehome park be moved to a better location.

 

2.18     Paula Marvin spoke regarding the need for community services in the 4th District.

 

2.19     Karen Borja spoke regarding the American Rescue Plan funding.

 

2.20     Gabriela Mendez spoke regarding affordable housing.
