2.1       Nathan Kempe spoke regarding the community budget and the need for more affordable housing.

2.2       Kelly Kneeland, Lawrence Waterman, Kaysi Dexter, Delnita Brown and Angela Shibata spoke regarding IHSS caregivers and the need for higher wages.

2.3       Heather Vaikona spoke regarding her organization Lift to Rise and the need for more funding and affordable housing.

2.4       Roy Bleckert spoke regarding Budget priorities.

2.5       Modesta Rodriguez, Jose Manuel Arredando, Krystal Otworth, Luna Cecena, Luz Gallegos and Kenny Rodgers spoke regarding the need for affordable housing.

2.6       Maricela Martinez spoke in opposition to the Mead Valley housing project.

2.7       Augustin Clemente spoke regarding the need for more Spanish speaking doctors in the Coachella Valley.

2.8 Errol Koschewitz spoke regarding concerns of taxpayer funds within the County of Riverside.
