2.1 Veronica Langworthy spoke regarding ROV, Sheriff, and Housing budget allocations.
2.2 Kimberly Starrs spoke regarding the need for funding for 211 Health and Human Services.
2.3 Francisco S. Molina spoke regarding concerns about affordable housing in the City of Coachella and the Data Center Project with Stronghold Power.
2.4 Errol Koschewitz spoke regarding the Riverside County vendors list.
2.5 Heather Vaikona, Kenny Rodgers, Jose Gardono, Alma Hernandez, Andrea Del Valle, and Kate Hamaker spoke regarding the request for funding for Lift to Rise and affordable housing efforts.
2.6 Roy Bleckert spoke regarding the structural budget deficit.
2.7 Greg Langworthy spoke in support of ROV budget request for Fiscal Year 2026/2027.
2.8 Ivanna Uriarte spoke in support of HWS and TLMA budget requests for Fiscal Year 2026/2027.
