16.1     Devin Thomas spoke in opposition of COVID vaccine mandates at schools.

 

16.2     Ray Castor thanked Sayori Baldwin and Cyndee Wee for trying to assist her and her mother with their housing situation and stated that they are still in the same situation because of the process and suggested that the housing program be changed. She also stated homelessness needs to be addressed and read a quote from the book “History’s Worst Disasters.”

 

16.3     Jennifer Lensing spoke in opposition of COVID vaccine mandates.

 

16.4     Vicki Van Leuven spoke regarding organizations making big money from COVID and shipping container on cargo ships stuck in the ocean possibly having people in them from being Human Trafficked.

 

16.5     Roy Bleckert spoke regarding redistricting in Riverside County and the information being shared.

 

16.6     Albia Miller spoke regarding the negative impact of development on county lands and the negative impact of people giving out candy to children on Halloween.

·         Meeting with the City of Riverside regarding the expansion of Health and Human Services. Possible issue regarding a high number of calls for police officers to respond to county facilities in the city. Staff needs to follow up to make sure police services are not being impacted.

·         Requested a meeting to better understand the proposed RCTC expansion of the Metrolink Facilities because employees in important positions with NASA and the Department of Defense will be required to vacate.
