BOARD MEMBERS
Supervisor Buster mentioned an article in the LA County Times regarding Tom
Freeman and EDA bringing business opportunities to Riverside County.
Supervisor Stone accompanied Chinese delegates on a tour of Riverside
County and mentioned that they will likely do business which will create jobs
the County. He also mentioned courts are offering discounts on unpaid traffic
tickets.
Supervisor Ashley mentioned the Sheriff’s Department caught the Norma
Lopez killer.
Supervisor Ashley mentioned that the Edward Dean Museum Gala and Golf
tournament.
Supervisor Tavaglione also mentioned the Gala and mentioned a Health
Fair at Country Village for seniors to receive flu shots and animal
vaccinations.
Supervisor Benoit mentioned the Coachella Economic Summit.
Supervisor Stone requested that IT look into receiving wifi on the fifth floor.
Supervisor Tavaglione mentioned CSAC and others working hard to bring
the constitutional Amendment to protect funding regarding AB 109.
Supervisor Stone mentioned realignment program is not working.
Supervisor Buster mentioned that the Riverside County Regional Medical
Center hosted its 5th annual trauma conference.
