16.3    Melody Thompson spoke regarding an incident involving her arrest and stated she was wrongfully charged and is a victim of corruption.

 

16.4    Daryl Terrell spoke regarding the need to consolidate Cal Fire’s and Sheriff’s department’s public safety dispatch centers.

 

16.5    Roy Bleckert spoke regarding government ignoring the people and the need for study sessions and more public meetings.
