15.3     TRANSPORTATION & LAND MANAGEMENT AGENCY/PLANNING:  Public Hearing on CHANGE OF ZONE 7414/TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 34546 – Joe Birdsell – Essi Shahandeh – Bermuda Dunes Zoning District – Western Coachella Valley Area Plan – 4th District.  Recommendation of Planning Commission for Adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for Environmental Assessment 41047; Tentative Approval of ZC 7414 to change the zone from One-Family Dwellings- 12,000 sq. ft. (R-1-12000) to One-Family Dwellings (R-1) (7,200 sq ft); and, Approval of TTM 34546, Schedule A, to divide approximately 8.5 gross acres into 29  residential lots with a remainder lot and two common open space lots.

15.5     TRANSPORTATION & LAND MANAGEMENT AGENCY/PLANNING:  Public Hearing on CHANGE OF ZONE 7395/TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 32081 MINOR CHANGE NO. 1 – CEQA Exempt – Phillip Rheingans – Cozad & Fox, Inc. - Ramona Zoning District – San Jacinto Valley Area Plan – 3rd District.  Recommendation of Planning Commission for Tentative Approval of ZC 7395 to change the zone from One-Family Dwellings - 10,000 sq. ft. minimum (R-1-10,000) to Watercourse, Watershed and Conservation Areas (W-1); and, Approval of TTM 32081, Minor Change No. 1, to adjust the lot lines between Lot 9, Lot 10 and Lot 12, for 14 residential lots and a lot for water quality control basin.

Patel / Dick Evitt – Prado-Mira Loma  Zoning District – Jurupa Area Plan – 2nd District, .53 gross acres,  C-1/C-P zoning.
