            Supervisor Benoit commented on RDA.

            Supervisor Stone spoke about Riverside County Animal Services offering a $0.14 spay and neuter surgery for residents during Valentines week. He also spoke about interstate- 215 fwy improvements, the new Idyllwild library, and the new Fire Station in Glen Oaks.
